A warm welcome to all our trainees!

This year we are welcoming seven new trainees to FÖHL in four different training professions!

We are starting their first year of training together with the “Trainees Fit-4-Föhl” introductory week. The start of the week focused on getting to know one another and the company better, as well as clarifying organizational matters. The trainees focused on building trust, overcoming their fears, and helping the team grow together – at dizzying heights – at the Schwäbisch Gmünd climbing area.

They continued with plant tours and plenty of information on technology and on different training topics. We lay the foundation for a successful training period with a seminar focused on “Learning how to learn.”

We look forward to supporting our new trainees and shaping the future together with them. The introductory week was only the beginning – now their training can really get started!
