At the start of the training program, we welcomed six new trainees in four different trades to Föhl. As part of our orientation week, “Azubi-Fit-4-Föhl,” the new trainees got to know the company, our plants, and their points of contact.

In addition to organizational topics and initial insights into day-to-day work, the program also included team-building activities at the climbing garden. This allowed the new trainees to bond right away and get off to a great start in their training.
