“Nutrition and physical health”
This year, our company health management is focusing on our trainees.
In early February, they got to decide which health-related topics were particularly interesting to them in a workshop. We quickly implemented their ideas, and organized a health day under the motto “Everyday nutrition and physical health for trainees”.
Trainees learned about healthy nutrition and exercise, then prepared a healthy couscous bowl for lunch. They also received important tips for how to create and maintain healthy habits in their everyday lives.
Of course, they also ended the day with a team challenge!
