“Trainees Fit-4-Föhl” is what we call the welcome week and first week of training for our new apprentices and students, and it is an annual tradition at the company.

Fourteen young people learned more about the company during plant tours and seminars, before starting their training or course of study.

Teamwork, solidarity, and strength was the motto when attendees hit the climbing gym – the highlight of the welcome week. There were plenty of obstacles to overcome.
