To continue expanding the future capabilities of the entire company, we at Föhl are focused on the heart of our company: Our employees. At Föhl, people are the focus. That’s why we’ve been working on the Föhl Academy since April of 2018 to further expand our personnel development and create opportunities for advancement. Not only our employees, but also the entire company and our customers benefit from the added value it creates.

The Academy creates new perspectives and provides targeted measures to support employees – all according to our motto Value creation through appreciation.

Staff development

For over 30 years, Föhl has been focused on training our own managers well through a variety of training professions and a high rate of training. We consider this training part of our social responsibility. This approach is continued in our further training courses, and we carry out a variety of projects, workshops and training services annually to make lifelong learning a reality.
