This week, eight new trainees in five different apprenticeship professions began their training at Föhl! As always, we started the first year of training together with the introductory week “Azubi-Fit-4-Föhl.”

The program included:
– Getting to know each other and gaining initial insights into the company
– Team building at the climbing park in Schwäbisch Gmünd
– Factory tours and insights into the training program
– Technical check to set up all access points
– The “Learning to learn” seminar as a basis for a successful training period

With this foundation, we want to give our new trainees the best possible support as they start their careers so that we can shape the future together. Welcome to the team – we look forward to the journey ahead!
