Health management

Workplace health management is an important constituent of the active company culture. It is a well established company social management with its voluntary provision of health promotion for employees with mental stress or need of coaching, that sets Föhl apart compared to other companies.

Trainee power!

As an innovative company Föhl puts its store in qualified up-and- coming young talents. That is why we currently have 32 male and female trainees employed at our German sites:

Of those 27 are in the industrial sector, two in the commercial sector and three are studying at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
