The tools are inspected in predefined cycles. For mass-produced products, the die is given top priority, checked at short intervals and gently cleaned by the modern ultrasonic system. 

The employees are geared to very short reaction times, work in several shifts parallel to production and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
