The starting point for tool making are 3 D data from the Design Department. Equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems, we enable everything from the development of 3D data models to 3D design to CNC machining in a closed process chain. The CNC programs required for die machining are available around the clock. The dies are given the finishing touches during final assembly. We track the die processes from design to approval for series production.

Cimatron CAM workstations
Cimatron offers a solid basis for the production of technically demanding, complex tools for CAM programming in tool making. The workstations consist of a full-fledged CAD system for the creation of 3D volumes and 3D surface data. The integrated Quick-Electrode module automates electrode creation from design to the finished 2D drawing.
PEPS CAM workstation
In addition to the creation of NC programs for our wire eroder, our PEPS programming system also contains a full-fledged 3D module for generating 3D volumes and 3D surface data.
