A major element of our state-of-the-art injection moulding production is the fact that, thanks to factors ranging from the design support of our own project designers to internal mould making to the central pellet drying system, nothing is left to chance. The production process is understood as a holistic system and is rounded off with follow-up processes (see Automatic tacking machines).
For capacity reasons, the machine pool of the state-of-the-art automatic injection moulding machines has been limited to the two market leaders (Arburg and Krauss Maffei) .
The microprocessor-controlled automatic production machines ensure automatic self-monitoring within the intervention limits, and are equipped with automatic grippers and sensor-controlled removal devices.
This multi-level production process monitoring is generally realised by the adjusters or a worker self-check according to the TS requirements in accordance with the traceability check all the way up to the individual boxes.
